The animals in our Zoo Park are looked after by a staff of keepers who take care of their daily needs, from cleaning their enclosure to feeding them.

We are also helped by vets who visit regularly to check up on our animals' health, carrying out special examinations and providing any treatment needed.

Over a year ago, our Zoo Park set up an ongoing collaboration with nutrition experts to study the best food for each animal species in relation to the climate, mating and breeding seasons, and any particularly tiring periods.

Every year the enclosures are "redecorated", including structural refurbishments and environmental improvements according to each species' particular needs. This ensures a consistently high level of care to all species, especially those under the threat of extinction.
