No reservation is required
An admission ticket CANNOT be used for multiple visits in one day. Exiting temporarily can be arranged with the ticket office staff, at their sole discretion.
If necessary, ticket office staff have the right to request proof of identity to check the age of children.
Tickets are NON refundable and NON reusable, even in the event of adverse weather conditions.
Children under the age of 16 can only be admitted in the company of an adult.
Discount or complimentary coupons must be presented at the ticket office before requesting the ticket, or they will be void.
“Parco-Zoo” cards and passes are only valid when presented with proof of identity confirming the holder’s right to their use.
Dogs are not allowed inside the Park.
Space permitting, day care in individual pens is available free of charge.
